Our Bridal Suite at Plantation House is a private, light-filled space designed for you and your closest loved ones to enjoy a peaceful morning together. It’s the perfect setting to settle in early, sip coffee, have hair and makeup done, capture special photos and savour those quiet moments before walking down the aisle.

Available from 7.00am until the conclusion of your wedding, the suite allows for a seamless transition from preparation to celebration — all in one stunning location.

What’s Included

• Exclusive access from 7.00am until the end of your wedding

• Barista-made coffee and tea delivered to the suite on the morning of your wedding

Optional grazing platters can be pre-ordered at the time of booking to ensure everything is organised in advance.

Payment

The Hire Fee and Security Bond must be paid in full prior to confirmation. Bookings are subject to approval by Tropical Fruit World (TFW). If a booking is not accepted, all payments will be fully refunded.

Security Bond

The bond is held to ensure the suite is left clean, tidy and undamaged.

TFW reserves the right to deduct costs required to repair damage or reinstate the room. Any additional costs exceeding the bond will be invoiced to the Hirer.

Cancellation Policy

By the Hirer:

• 30 days or more prior: Full refund of Hire Fee and Bond

• Within 30 days: Hire Fee forfeited, Bond refunded in full

By Tropical Fruit World:
TFW reserves the right to cancel a booking at its discretion. In this case, the Hire Fee and Bond will be fully refunded.

Termination

TFW reserves the right to terminate the booking if the Terms of Hire are breached or misconduct occurs. If terminated, the Hire Fee and Bond will be forfeited.
