CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation - By purchasing this ticket, you understand that all ticket cancellations must be advised at least 7 days prior to your booking date to get a full refund.

Amendments - If advised more than 7 days before your booking date, you can either change to an alternative date or cancel with a 50% refund of the total cost of your booking.

Adverse weather conditions – In the event of adverse weather, meaning severe winds, rain, storm, flood or other, you can reschedule your booking free of charge or request a full refund. This is subject to approval by Tropical Fruit World.
